Vintage Ruby and Diamond Marquise Ring

A delicately wrought diamond and ruby marquise shaped ring. The head of the ring is white gold, and has pierced sections between the rubies and diamonds. The band is 18ct yellow gold and dates to the second half of the 20th century.
