3 sapphires sit in multiple diamond clusters, making up this beautiful vintage ring.

The head of the ring measures: 1.7cm wide x 8mmm tall

Approximate diamond weight: 0.20ct 

The larger sapphire is 3mm diameter and the smaller sapphires are 2mm
