Antique Floral Heart Brooch / Pendant with Sapphires

A beautiful early 20th century brooch, featuring a seed pearl and 3 blue sapphires. The gold is modelled as delicate leaves with sapphire 'fruit'. It can be worn as a brooch or a pendant; we can remove the brooch pin and safety chain if you want it to lie flatter on the neckline.
