Antique Gold and Ruby Buckle Ring

This 15ct gold band dates from the Victorian era, and features 2 star set rubies in a buckle design. Belt or buckle motifs were symbolic of enduring love and the joining of 2 people, and popular as tokens of love in the late 1800s.

The height of the band is: 6mm

The rubies are 2.5mm diameter
