The deposit is non refundable but is deducted from the total price. If the layaway is cancelled the payments will be refunded apart from the deposit,

Items purchased under layaway are non refundable once sent out. 

If the full payment is not made by the agreed date Loup Vintage Jewels reserves the right to cancel the layaway and refund any payments made. 

Duty, tariffs and local taxes not included, please check these if you are shipping outside the UK. Items returned due to duty tax will have the tax paid taken out of the refund cost.
